Products labeled as SAME DAY COLLECTION can be collected from iDealz Mobile store located at 01-64 First Floor, Liberty Plaza, Colombo 03 on the same day if the order is placed before 1.00PM. For orders place after 1.00PM, products can be collected on the following day.
Once the payment is received and the order is ready, we will send you an email/SMS or call the number you entered during checkout notifying you that your order is ready for collection.
We request you to provide necessary documents while collecting the order from the store.

If you would like someone else to collect your order on behalf of you, please send an email to [email protected] with the order confirmation number along with collector’s full name and NIC copy attached.
