Products labeled as SAME DAY COLLECTION can be collected from iDealz Mobile store located at 01-64 First Floor, Liberty Plaza, Colombo 03 on the same day if the order is placed before 1.00PM. For orders place after 1.00PM, products can be collected on the following day.

Once the payment is received and the order is ready, we will send you an email/SMS or call the number you entered during checkout notifying you that your order is ready for collection.

We request you to provide necessary documents while collecting the order from the store.

• Order confirmation email or order number
• National Identity Card (NIC) or driving license

If you would like someone else to collect your order on behalf of you, please send an email to [email protected] with the order confirmation number along with collector’s full name and NIC copy attached. (Please note: The collector needs to verify their identification at the time of collection in order to release the order).

If a same day collection order is requested for delivery, iDealz lanka pvt ltd will charge the full cost of delivery from the customer. Once the delivery charge has been paid, the product will be dispatched with 3-5 working days.
